This journal are published four times a year, namely January, April, July, and October. Editors accept manuscripts that have never been published by other media from lecturers, researchers, students and practitioners with the writing provisions as listed on the back page (guidance for authors). Incoming manuscripts will be evaluated and edited for uniformity of format, terms and other procedures. Each publication consists of a minimum of 5 articles and a maximum of 8 articles.
